Welcome to if-i-were-president.org, a non-partisan website dedicated to expressing YOUR opinions on the main issues we are confronted to today. The aim of this site is to present what is on your mind, what you are concerned about, what you worry about; let us know what would be the first decision you would take if you were President. This site is non-partisan and international, and the expressions published do not reflect the opinion of site management.

Would you have done the same? If you were president, would you declare war, organize peace talks, build up the military, reduce the military? Each visitor to this site is unique, and has his/her own concerns and priorities. Here is your chance, your opportunity to make your first presidential decision. Imagine if you were the president of any country, territory or area in the world. Issues need not focus on one country, but can be of transnational or global scale. Many important issues today are universal, whether they be related to the environment, economic or security issues. Submissions can concern your village, region, country, continent or the whole world. There is no geographical limit to your decision. The purpose of the project is to examine issues that concern you, and your reactions, wherever you are.

This site is not affiliated to any group, political party, and does not endorse any political idealogy. As a non-commercial site, we do not advertise and receive no revenue from it. The site is funded by the site's creators' personal funds. Its popularity rests mainly on visits and submissions; therefore, please be sure to submit your ideas to make this project work. If you would like to actively support the site, please add a link to your website.
